This registration grants businesses a unique Punjab National Tax Number (PNTN), which is essential for all their sales tax-related activities, including invoicing, filing periodic returns, and claiming input tax adjustments.
Who Needs to Register?
Any person or business entity (including individuals, associations of persons, and companies) involved in providing taxable services as defined under the Punjab Sales Tax on Services Act, 2012, is required to register with the PRA.
